Manny P. here…
The Edmonds International Film Festival have begun publicity to generate major interest for this National event. A chance to enjoy award-winning motion pictures, and also, an opportunity to meet prominent directors, screenwriters, actors, and film makers, the festivities will provide the Pacific Northwest with its own reason to celebrate Cinema.
On Saturday, October 23rd, I’m pleased to take center-stage hosting a Hollywood-style lunch, and two book signings as part of the Edmonds International Film Festival. My participation is set to take place at Cafe De Paris (11:45a) and the Edmonds Bookshop (3:30p). Of course, I’ll be sharing my personal insight about the Golden Age of Hollywood, and character actors telling America’s story including Van Heflin, Ward Bond, Claude Rains, Lionel Barrymore, John Carradine, Thelma Ritter, Basil Rathbone, William Bendix, and Walter Brennan. I’ll also be autographing my award-winning work Forgotten Hollywood Forgotten History.
