   Let me thank Dominick Garcia, a Southern California Radio Broadcaster, for joining O.C Register radio columnist Gary Lycan, my wife Laurie, and me, held at this past weekend’s booksigning event at BARNES & NOBLE in Montclair. He has been a friend for over two decades. We had a splendid time with the folks who purchased Forgotten Hollywood Forgotten History.

   Another longtime friend, Chris Hayes, who worked closely with me during my time at KRLA in L. A., paid me a visit at last week’s Oscar party at the Flintridge Bookstore and Coffee Shop.

   My opportunity to spend a moment with former colleagues make these events personally special for me.
